Eligibility for Refund

  • The request is made within 10 days of delivery.

To start a refund, please email support@becaseshoes.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot issue refunds if:

  • The item has been used or worn.

  • More than 10 days have passed since delivery.

  • The issue was caused by incorrect size selection or customer misuse.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
